We handle drainage on the larger lots common near North Avenue in Troutman, where water moves across open ground instead of into curbs and storm inlets. Visits include a free on-site estimate, with no trip fee.
We don't operate a Troutman storefront because the crew travels to your property for both the estimate and the work. We're in Troutman and the other towns we cover every week, we know how I-77 Exit 42 connects to US 21, NC 115 and North Avenue, and we plan the day so we can reach your lot and arrive at the time we gave you.

Troutman ESC Park is a 30-acre park that opened in May 2013 on land donated by Engineered Sintered Components, the source of ESC in the name.

Troutman lots are often larger, with water moving across open ground instead of directly into curbs and storm inlets. Drainage routes also have to avoid septic fields. In new subdivisions, private retention ponds are turned over to the HOA after final inspection.
Troutman lots tend to be larger than in-town lots elsewhere on our route, so water crosses open ground rather than running straight to a curb inlet. That open path has to be worked around septic drain fields, since a drainage route can't be rerouted through or over one.
In newer Troutman subdivisions, private stormwater retention ponds are turned over to the HOA after final inspection. We check how runoff crosses an individual lot and identify where the owner's drainage responsibilities meet those of the HOA, rather than assuming the property line is a suitable outlet.

In newer Troutman subdivisions, stormwater retention ponds are private and are turned over to the HOA after final inspection, making ongoing drainage the responsibility of owners and the HOA. Drainage on private property is the property owner’s responsibility.

We ask about or locate the septic field boundaries before planning any trench or grading route, then design the path to stay clear of it.
We check how your lot's low points connect toward the shared retention pond and design any fix on your property to reach that connection rather than stop short of it.
On open ground without curbs, a slight flat stretch is enough to pool runoff, so we look for where the natural fall breaks down across the property.
